Thank you for shopping with Selfish Candle Co. We appreciate your patience and support as each order is carefully prepared with intention.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be slightly extended during product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

Selfish Candle Co currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Selfish Candle Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@selfishcandleco.com
within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Selfish Candle Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
