RETURN POLICY

At Selfish Candle Co, each candle is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packaged to ensure the best experience possible.

ALL SALES ARE Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to help.

Please email info@selfishcandleco.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement (resend) for the damaged item. Refunds are not provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Used items, items damaged due to misuse, or orders reported after the 48-hour window are not eligible for replacement.

 
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Selfish Candle Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.
